4-904.11 (A): (A) SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES and cleaned and SANITIZED UTENSILS shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of FOOD- and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. Single use flatware was stored in a tray and in drawers in a jumbled fashion. Store all flatware with the handles facing the same way and maintain by the next routine inspection. |
